
About the Competition
The Cell for Studies in Intellectual Property Rights (CSIPR), National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal, is pleased to announce the 1st NLIU–Anand & Anand Trademark Opposition Competition, 2026.
This first-of-its-kind, practice-oriented competition is designed to simulate real-world trademark opposition proceedings before the Trade Marks Registry under the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Participants will gain hands-on exposure to substantive and procedural trademark law through a realistic litigation framework.
