About the Opportunity
A leading renewable energy platform, through its recruitment partner, is looking to hire lawyers with strong experience in commercial contracts and projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with infrastructure and energy projects in the fast-growing renewables sector.
Role Overview
The selected candidates will be part of the in-house legal function supporting commercial and project-related matters across the organisation’s renewable energy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lawyers in this role will be responsible for:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts related to renewable energy projects

Advising on project contracts including EPC, O&M, supply and service agreements
-
Supporting cross-functional teams on legal and contractual risk
-
Handling contract management and compliance matters

Working closely with project, engineering and business teams

Supporting transactions and ongoing operations within the energy platform
Eligibility & Experience
-
Experience: 4–7 years of PQE
-
Strong background in commercial contracts and projects
-
Prior experience in Infrastructure / Renewable Energy / Energy sectors preferred
-
Experience with EPC and project-based contracts will be an advantage
-
Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
