About the Role
PSA is urgently hiring 2 Senior Associates to join its Dispute Resolution team at the Delhi office. This role is suited for experienced litigators who are comfortable handling pressure, strategising complex disputes and independently managing matters from drafting to hearings.
Key Practice Areas
The role will involve hands-on work in:

Commercial arbitration (domestic and international exposure preferred)

Civil and commercial litigation before courts and tribunals
-
Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) proceedings
-
Shareholder and shareholder-management disputes
-
Consumer disputes across appropriate forums
Roles & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to:

Independently draft pleadings, applications, written submissions and briefs
-
Develop dispute strategy and assist in case planning
-
Appear before courts, tribunals and arbitral forums
-
Manage client communications and expectations
-
Coordinate with juniors, seniors and external counsel
-
Handle urgent matters and tight deadlines with efficiency
Eligibility & Experience
-
Post Qualification Experience (PQE): 5–8 years
-
Prior hands-on experience in dispute resolution and litigation
-
Strong drafting, research and oral advocacy skills
-
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in time-sensitive matters
-
Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
