About the Role
Sama is hiring 2 Sales Associates to join its growing Sales Team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, work-from-office-only role suited for professionals with prior enterprise sales exposure who want to work in a purpose-driven legal-tech environment.
The role focuses on expanding Sama’s corporate and institutional partnerships and strengthening long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:

Managing and growing B2B / enterprise client accounts

Pitching Sama’s ODR solutions to corporates and institutional clients

Conducting product presentations, demos and solution walkthroughs

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Coordinating with internal legal, product and operations teams

Tracking sales pipelines and performance using CRM tools and Excel
Eligibility & Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B or enterprise sales experience

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Experience in BFSI / fintech / SaaS is a strong advantage

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel

Referrals from Sama employees or community members will be an added advantage
Compensation
₹70,000 – ₹90,000 per month (Fixed + Variable)
