About the Role

The firm is looking to hire an Associate with 3 to 5 years of post qualification experience in TMT. Candidates must have solid experience in some or all of the following areas:

  • Data protection and privacy

  • Gaming regulation and contracts

  • Fintech and financial services products

  • General commercial contracts

  • Technology and IP driven contracts

In addition, the firm welcomes applications from candidates with prior disputes experience, especially where such experience ties into technology, platform, IP or regulatory disputes. The work will involve drafting and negotiating commercial and tech contracts, advising on regulatory and compliance issues, supporting product and business teams, and potentially assisting on contentious matters where relevant.
