About the Role
The position is for DGM Land and Legal, based in Ahmedabad. The firm is looking for candidates with more than ten years of experience in land acquisition, legal documentation and a sound understanding of the renewable or solar energy industry. The role requires overseeing complex land procurement processes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, managing legal due diligence, coordinating documentation and engaging with stakeholders involved in large scale land transactions.
The ideal candidate must have a solid grounding in property law, due diligence, title verification, drafting and review of land related documentation, and practical familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to renewable energy projects. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage negotiations will be essential given the scale and sensitivity of land related work.
