About the Opportunity
An online internship opportunity is now open for law students across India for the months of December 2025 and January 2026. This position is offered directly under the guidance of Gaurav Rai and is best suited for students who have a genuine academic and practical interest in arbitration and contract law. The internship is conducted entirely online, making it accessible to students regardless of location.
About the Role
The work will involve research and drafting on arbitration and contract law issues that arise in ongoing assignments as well as academic projects including articles, newsletters and podcast related content. Interns will be expected to independently draft clear, structured notes on points of law. While the use of AI for research is permitted, the final written output must be in the intern’s own language and reflect a strong command of English. Familiarity with contract law and arbitration principles will be an advantage.
The term of the internship will begin on 8 December 2025 due to the late announcement. Students may apply for both months or choose either December 2025 or January 2026 depending on their availability.
