Eidos Law is inviting applications for an in office internship at its New Delhi office commencing in December 2025. This opportunity is ideal for students who are serious about building a career in arbitration, commercial litigation and general corporate advisory, and who want close exposure to a disputes focused and advisory driven practice. The internship is designed to give candidates a realistic understanding of the demands of high quality legal work, client expectations and the discipline required in a professional law firm environment.
Interns can expect to assist on matters involving domestic and international arbitration, commercial suits, recovery actions and other contentious work, as well as research and drafting support on general corporate mandates. The work may include preparing briefs and research notes, assisting in drafting pleadings and written submissions, reviewing documents, helping prepare for hearings and client meetings and supporting the team on ongoing corporate and contractual advisory assignments. Strong fundamentals in contract law, civil procedure and commercial law will be valuable.
The firm is looking for candidates who demonstrate a genuine interest in arbitration and commercial disputes, an ability to think clearly under time pressure and a willingness to take responsibility for the quality of their work product. Clarity in written communication, attention to detail and a professional attitude towards deadlines and feedback will be essential.
