Role requirements

Prior experience in commercial litigation and familiarity with IPR matters

Drafting of plaints, written statements, interim applications, written submissions, and related filings

Experience appearing before courts in Delhi

Willingness to travel to all district courts and the Delhi High Court

Coordination, communication, and planning across attorney teams handling multiple matters
