About the Role
The role is focused on non litigation work in the media and entertainment sector, particularly involving satellite television channels and related content and regulatory issues. The selected candidate will be engaged in:

Drafting and vetting media and content related contracts

Assisting with regulatory compliance, licensing and permissions

Reviewing commercial arrangements with broadcasters, content partners and vendors

Supporting advisory work on broadcasting norms, advertising, digital content and allied regulations

Providing structured legal support to the business and operations teams
