Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Communicating with vendors over phone calls to obtain updates on recovery amounts
• Recording the status of recoveries and related information in Excel sheets with precision
• Assisting in vendor follow-ups and clarifications through WhatsApp communication
• Preparing periodic updates for supervisors and maintaining structured reporting channels
• Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in all assigned tasks
Essential Requirements
• Proficiency in English and Hindi, both spoken and written
• Working knowledge of Excel and general computer operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain organised records
• Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or data entry is advantageous
