Role Overview
The selected candidate will be seconded full-time to the legal team of a multinational e-commerce organisation. The position is designed for professionals who can independently handle a range of workstreams, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver structured legal support in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Litigation management, including coordinating with external counsel and tracking ongoing matters
• Advisory on procedural and regulatory law issues
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
• Maintaining compliance documentation and process-based record-keeping
• Supporting cross-functional teams with timely legal inputs
• Identifying legal risks and recommending actionable solutions
• Preparing reports, summaries and case status notes for internal stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria
• Law graduates with 3 to 4 years of work experience
• Prior experience in both law firms and in-house environments will be preferred
• Strong grounding in litigation management, procedural law and contract drafting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple parallel assignments
• Strong communication, drafting and organisational skills
• Candidates currently based in Bangalore will be preferred
