PSP Legal, a leading full service law firm, is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate at its New Delhi and Gurgaon offices. The firm is looking to onboard both experienced professionals and fresh law graduates who have a serious interest in litigation and dispute resolution and are keen to work in a demanding, growth driven environment.
About the Role
As a Legal Associate at PSP Legal, you will work on complex and diverse matters spanning civil and commercial disputes, intellectual property issues, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, and other contentious and advisory mandates. The role offers extensive exposure to court practice, strategy discussions, drafting, client interaction and case management.
This opportunity is well suited for:

Freshers who have undertaken meaningful internships in litigation and dispute resolution, and now wish to begin full time practice, and

Associates will be involved in drafting pleadings, applications, written submissions and notices, conducting legal research, preparing case briefs, assisting senior counsel, and attending hearings before various fora.
