The Law Office of Vinod Anand, Advocate, is inviting applications for an offline litigation internship for December 2025. The office is based in Kalkaji, New Delhi, and offers robust exposure to trial and appellate practice across multiple courts and fora.

About the Office
The practice primarily handles matters relating to civil disputes, criminal litigation, matrimonial matters, and cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act, along with a range of allied matters. Interns will gain first-hand experience of how cases are strategised, drafted, filed and argued before:

  • The High Court of Delhi

  • District courts

  • The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC)

This internship is well suited for students who are serious about building a career in litigation and want practical insight into how files move from instructions to final hearings.

Nature of Work

Interns will be expected to assist with:

  1. Drafting and filing of pleadings, applications and other legal documents.

  2. Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs, notes and summaries.

  3. Attending court proceedings and assisting in overall case preparation and coordination.

The work will demand attention to detail, consistency and a willingness to learn the procedural and practical aspects of litigation.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Open to law students from all years of the 5 year or 3 year LL.B. programme.

  2. Good command over English, both written and spoken.

  3. Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.

  4. Strong research and analytical skills with a genuine interest in litigation.

Internship Details

  • Duration: 1 month (December 2025)

  • Mode: Offline, at the office in Kalkaji, New Delhi

  • Stipend: May be provided based on performance
