About the Fellowship
Applications are now open for the 2025 Gratitude Network Fellowship, a 13 month leadership accelerator designed for nonprofit leaders working to improve the lives of children and youth. The program offers a rigorous, structured and highly supportive environment for leaders who are ready to scale their organisations with the discipline and strategic clarity required for long term impact.
The Fellowship brings together a select cohort of social sector leaders committed to strengthening their organisational capabilities, deepening their leadership skills and expanding their programmatic reach. It is built around the principle that sustained mentorship, professional coaching and peer collaboration significantly enhance a leader’s ability to drive measurable change.
Program Structure and Support
Fellows participate in a comprehensive curriculum that includes:
• Executive coaching with experienced leadership coaches
• A structured scaling and organisational development curriculum
• Peer learning circles that allow exchange of insights with fellow leaders
• Team development tools and frameworks to strengthen internal capacity
• Access to curated grants supporting growth initiatives
• Participation in an annual summit with global leaders, partners and alumni
• Entry into a lifelong alumni network offering continuous learning and collaboration
