Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial contracting tasks. The role includes:
• Drafting, reviewing and vetting commercial agreements
• Advising clients on contractual risks, liabilities and compliance
• Structuring contracts in alignment with business requirements
• Providing support in transactional matters and negotiations where required
• Ensuring accuracy, consistency and legal robustness in documentation
Given the nature of the practice, the role demands attention to detail, clarity in writing and the ability to work under timelines while managing multiple documents and matters simultaneously.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should:
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant PQE in commercial contracts
• Have consistently worked in a law firm environment
• Be comfortable drafting and evaluating a wide range of business and commercial agreements
• Be able to independently manage contracting workflows assigned by senior lawyers
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, concise drafting style and command over written English
