Eligibility:

1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)

Experience or interest in IP prosecution and IP litigation

Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills
Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle IP prosecution, including patent, trademark, and copyright filings

Assist in IP litigation matters, including drafting submissions and court appearances
