About:
KPMG India is seeking dynamic Data Privacy professionals to join their team in Bangalore as Consultants/Assistant Managers. This role offers the opportunity to manage operations, drive efficiency, and support strategic initiatives in data privacy, compliance, and governance within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Eligibility:

4 to 7 years of experience in Data Privacy

Strong understanding of data protection laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and other regional regulations

Detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to professional growth
Roles and Responsibilities:
-
Assist clients in understanding and complying with relevant data privacy laws and regulations
-
Develop and implement comprehensive privacy programs, including policies, consent mechanisms, and data breach response plans
-
Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and provide risk mitigation recommendations

Map and classify client data based on sensitivity and regulatory requirements
-
Advise on ethical data handling and governance standards

Develop and deliver privacy and ethics training to employees, promoting a culture of privacy and compliance
