About the Organisation:
The KAPSARC School of Public Policy (KSPP), based in Riyadh, is an emerging global centre for advanced teaching, research, and policy engagement. With a strong interdisciplinary focus on public policy, public administration, economics, governance, energy and environmental policy, the School offers a supportive academic environment backed by institutional resources and international collaboration.
Eligibility:
Applications are invited from scholars who:

Hold strong academic credentials in public policy, public affairs, public administration, economics, energy/environment studies, governance, or allied fields.

Demonstrate a strong research profile with policy relevance.

Are committed to high-quality teaching and student mentorship.

Can contribute meaningfully within a diverse, English-medium academic community.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Teach with a 2:1 teaching load across relevant programmes.
-
Produce high-quality research aligned with KSPP’s thematic areas.
-
Mentor students and contribute to academic support structures.
-
Engage in policy outreach, workshops, and institutional development.
-
Contribute to curriculum design and programme development.
