Xavier & Co. is a Mumbai-based law practice with a strong focus on transactional support, legal scrutiny reports, and property-related legal documentation. The firm handles a wide range of matters involving TSR/LSR, vetting, legal audits, and compliance under key housing and development laws such as MHADA, CIDCO, MIDC, and SRA regulations. With a growing caseload and a specialised team, the firm is inviting applications for the position of Junior Advocate.
Eligibility:

LLB/LLM from a recognised university.

Minimum 2 years of experience in TSR/LSR, legal reports, vetting, and legal audits.

Knowledge of MHADA/CIDCO/MIDC/SRA laws is essential.

Must know the local language.

Candidates from in and around Mumbai will be given preference.

Non-law graduates with strong TSR/LSR experience may also apply.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Preparation and review of TSR/LSR and related documents.

Conducting legal audits, vetting, and due diligence.

Assisting in matters involving development authorities and regulatory compliance.

Drafting, reviewing, and handling property-related legal documents.

Coordinating with clients, authorities, and internal teams for ongoing matters.
