About the Organisation:
Ethos Legal Alliance (ELA), founded by Advocate Ashish Mehta, is a rapidly growing Corporate & Commercial Disputes Resolution Law Firm based in Mumbai. Established in 2018, ELA builds on Mr. Mehta’s 13 years of diverse experience in dispute resolution, with 25 reported judgments to his credit and significant work representing the Union of India, CBI, Income Tax Department (as Special Public Prosecutor), and various Central Ministries and Authorities.
ELA operates across eight major practice areas including Disputes Resolution, Insolvency & Restructuring, Banking & Finance, White Collar Crimes, Real Estate, Environment, Direct Tax, and IP Litigation.
Eligibility:

Only 4th and 5th year law students.

Internship is strictly physical and based in Mumbai.

Minimum commitment of 2 months, starting 01.12.2025.

Candidates seeking assessment internships/traineeships should not apply.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assisting with research in complex dispute resolution matters.
-
Observing and supporting appearances before various courts, tribunals, and authorities.

Drafting assistance across practice areas including insolvency, taxation, white collar crimes, and commercial disputes.

Exposure to matters involving the Union of India, regulatory bodies, prosecuting agencies, and corporate clients.

Opportunity to learn from a team of 8+ associates working in specific practice-based court assignments.
