Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following criteria:

CA or Semi-Qualified CA (including CA dropouts with relevant experience)

Availability to join immediately

Strong practical exposure to MIS preparation and monthly financial review

Hands-on experience in Income Tax filings, assessments and tax audits
-
Working knowledge of TDS return filing, including high-volume transactions

Ability to advise and support early-stage and growing startups
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Preparing MIS reports and conducting monthly financial performance reviews

Managing income tax filings, assessments and compliance processes
-
Handling tax audits and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
-
Preparing and filing TDS returns for varied transaction volumes
-
Advising startup clients on taxation matters and financial structuring

Supporting the firm’s broader tax and advisory mandates as required
