AMA Legal Solutions® is conducting a walk-in interview for Legal Trainee positions at its Gurugram office. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career candidates looking to build experience in non-litigation legal work, advisory roles, client engagement, and dispute resolution support. The trainees will work directly with the founder and senior team members, gaining hands-on exposure to drafting, arbitration support, and regulatory processes.
Eligibility
The organisation is inviting candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Fresh graduates or candidates seeking entry-level experience in non-litigation work
• Ability to join immediately
• Candidates currently in Gurugram or willing to relocate immediately
• Strong interest in advisory, dispute resolution, drafting and client coordination
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected trainees will be expected to:
• Assist with non-litigation advisory work
• Handle client communication and coordination under supervision
• Support teams in arbitration matters
• Draft and file complaints before banking and financial institutions
• Work closely with senior professionals on case preparation and follow-up
• Maintain accuracy, timely submissions, and high-quality documentation

• Compensation: ₹1.0–1.2 LPA CTC during traineeship; revised after completion based on performance
