Eligibility
– Law graduate
– 2 to 4 years of experience in the IT industry
– Strong understanding of Commercial & Contracts Law
– Prior experience supporting India and US regions preferred
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
– Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
Roles and Responsibilities
– Draft, review, redline, and negotiate various contracts including Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, NCAs, Amendments, Partnership Agreements, etc.
– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to structure and finalize commercial proposals.
– Prepare SOPs, playbooks, templates, and other contract management guideline documents.
– Coordinate follow-ups to gather comments, information, and complete documentation processes.
– Manage execution and dispatch of agreements, ensuring closure and record-keeping.
– Support business owners by addressing documentation queries and providing updates.
– Conduct due diligence and collect relevant information for assessments.
– Perform detailed legal research and offer legally sound guidance on contractual matters.
Location and Working Hours
– Onsite, Bangalore
– Monday to Thursday: 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST
