About the Opportunity
A reputed law firm based in Gurgaon is inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate/Counsel. The firm is looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in commercial litigation and the ability to handle complex matters independently. This role offers the chance to work closely with seasoned litigators and contribute meaningfully to high-stakes disputes.
Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
• 6–10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong background in commercial litigation
• Prior experience in handling drafting, strategy and court appearances
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Law firm experience preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Managing commercial litigation matters end-to-end
• Drafting petitions, applications, replies and related filings
• Appearing before courts and coordinating with counsel
• Advising clients on strategy, legal risks and dispute resolution approaches
• Supervising junior associates where required
• Handling client communication and matter updates professionally
