About the Opportunity:
The Privacy Team led by Nikhil CK is hiring for multiple positions based in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about privacy, data governance, and compliance to work in a fast-growing and collaborative environment. Openings include Senior Interns (3 positions) and Full-Time roles (2 positions) for candidates with 2–4 years of experience.
Eligibility:
(i) Strong interest or experience in privacy operations, including DPIAs, DSR management, RoPA maintenance, privacy audits, and compliance documentation
(ii) Understanding of major global privacy regulations such as EU GDPR, India’s DPDP Act, CCPA/CPRA, or the ability to learn quickly
(iii) Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, tech, product, and security teams
(iv) Proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills
(v) Exposure to privacy or security tools (OneTrust, Securiti.ai, etc.) is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities:
(i) Conducting and supporting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
(ii) Managing Data Subject Requests (DSRs) and maintaining Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)
(iii) Assisting in privacy audits, documentation, and compliance processes
(iv) Supporting the development of scalable privacy workflows and governance structures
(v) Coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment with privacy and data protection requirements
