JSA is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its Disputes/Litigation team at the New Delhi office. The firm seeks professionals with strong litigation experience, preferably those who have previously worked in reputed law firms and can contribute effectively to high-value matters.
Eligibility
• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience
• Prior experience in litigation; law firm experience preferred
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
Roles and Responsibilities
• Handling litigation matters across courts and tribunals
• Drafting petitions, applications, replies, and research notes
• Assisting senior lawyers in strategy formulation
• Coordinating with clients and managing case updates
• Supporting overall dispute resolution mandates of the firm
