Eligibility
• 2–3 years of experience in corporate law.
• Strong proficiency in corporate and commercial laws.
• Excellent contract review skills.
• Strong writing and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to learn and take on responsibility.
• Must be available to join immediately.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts.
• Supporting corporate advisory and transactional work.
• Contributing to research, drafting, and client communication.
• Assisting in matters involving fintech, IP, ADR, and other specialised practice areas as required.
