VNA Partners, a leading media and entertainment law practice, is offering a rigorous 12-month in-office internship for law students seeking deep, hands-on experience in media, entertainment, and intellectual property law. This opportunity is designed for those who want active responsibility, industry exposure, and real legal work instead of observational internships.
Eligibility
• Must be based in Mumbai.
• 4th or 5th year law student.
• Available full-time for one year.
• Prior experience in media/entertainment law (drafting, content review, media compliances, IP work for creators or production houses, or internships in M&E law).
Roles and Responsibilities
• Drafting and reviewing media and entertainment contracts.
• Conducting content review and assessing compliance requirements.
• Assisting with IP filings, strategy, and portfolio tasks.
• Redlining, negotiations support, and documentation.
• Working on live matters for creators, production houses, studios, and brands.
