Eligibility

2–3 years PQE with a reputable law firm

Prior experience in General Corporate, PE/VC, or transaction advisory
-
Must have completed at least two transactions independently or as a key team member
-
Applications with less than 2 years PQE will not be considered
Roles and Responsibilities
-
Assisting in PE/VC transactions, M&A, and corporate advisory matters
-
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents
-
Conducting legal due diligence and preparing reports
-
Supporting partners in structuring, deal execution, and client communication
-
Contributing to research, strategy, and documentation across transactions
