Eligibility

2–3 years of experience in real estate matters

Strong understanding of local land and property laws

Ability to review, draft, and vet real estate documents

Proficiency in the local language for effective communication

Prior experience handling Kolkata-specific real estate transactions will be an advantage
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:

Assisting in due diligence, title verification, and land record analysis

Drafting and reviewing agreements, deeds, and transaction documentation

Coordinating with clients, authorities, and stakeholders on real estate matters
-
Providing legal support on property transactions, registrations, and compliance
-
Supporting the firm’s real estate team in ongoing and upcoming mandates
