The role offers an opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and contribute to building India’s strongest legal partnership ecosystem.

Eligibility

The ideal candidate should have:

Partner-level or senior leadership experience in a law firm or corporate legal setup
A strong CXO-level network across corporates, counsel, law firms, and the legal community
Minimum 10 years of experience in disputes, arbitration, litigation, IBC, recoveries, or legal business development
A demonstrated track record in deal sourcing, client acquisition, or revenue ownership
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work at speed and scale
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given preference.

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

Developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy across law firms, corporates, chambers, and the wider legal ecosystem
Sourcing and closing 8–10 commercial litigation, arbitration, or recovery mandates each week
Managing and strengthening relationships with partners, counsels, and enterprise clients
Driving deal origination and revenue generation through existing industry networks
Representing LegalPay at legal events, conferences, and ecosystem forums
Building structured, repeatable models for partnership-led growth
Coordinating with internal legal and investment teams to evaluate opportunities
Creating a long-term, scalable growth pipeline through ecosystem alliances
