About the Role:
Dipanshu Promoter and Builder Pvt Ltd, Ranchi, is hiring a Legal Officer for its Legal & Compliance Department. The role involves managing statutory, contractual, and compliance-related responsibilities across construction and real estate projects. The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams, external counsel, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution and legal compliance.
Eligibility:

LLB or LLM from a recognized university.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the construction or real estate sector.

Strong understanding of RERA, Contract Act, Land Laws, and Labour Laws.

Proficiency in drafting and vetting legal documents, including POs and WOs.

Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and vet agreements, sale deeds, MOUs, purchase orders, and work orders.

Conduct legal due diligence and title verification for land and property.

Ensure compliance with RERA and other relevant statutes governing construction and real estate.

Liaise with government authorities for project approvals and statutory clearances.

Handle litigation matters and coordinate with external advocates.

Represent the company in legal proceedings and respond to notices and summons.

Review tender documents and vendor contracts.

Maintain updated records of legal documents, property files, and contracts.

Advise management on legal strategy, risk mitigation, and regulatory updates.
