About the Internship:
The Office of Mr. Shashank Dixit, Central Government Standing Counsel at the High Court of Delhi, is inviting applications for a December 2025 internship in New Delhi. This programme offers hands-on exposure to litigation involving constitutional law, arbitration, commercial law, service law, and public law matters.
Eligibility:

4th or 5th year students of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme, or
-
Final-year students of a 3-year LL.B. programme.

Strong interest in litigation and public law practice.

Keen to gain courtroom, drafting, and research experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in research for ongoing litigation matters.

Support drafting work across constitutional, commercial, and arbitration cases.

Observe court proceedings and assist in case preparation.

Handle documentation and coordination related to active matters.
