About the Role:
Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Litigation Practice in Delhi. The role offers exposure to a variety of IP litigation and dispute resolution matters, allowing candidates to work in a collaborative, high-performing team across multiple offices.
Eligibility:

LLB (3-year or 5-year program) with 3+ years of IP litigation experience at a law firm.

Experience in trademark infringement, passing off, and copyright infringement cases.

Strong legal research, drafting, and court appearance skills.

Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.

Fluent in English with above-average academic credentials and teamwork orientation.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle IP litigation and dispute resolution matters.

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, prosecute cases, brief counsels, and appear before courts and tribunals.

Draft legal notices and manage ancillary tasks related to IP litigation.
-
Travel across India as required.
