About the Role:
WHITEHATTS, a leading law firm in India and Dubai, is looking for an experienced Litigation Partner/Associate Partner to join their Mumbai office. The role focuses on handling complex IBC, NCLT/NCLAT matters, and commercial disputes, providing an excellent platform for senior legal professionals to lead high-value litigation and advisory matters.
Eligibility:

8–15+ years of litigation experience.

Strong expertise in IBC/NCLT matters.

Demonstrated ability to lead cases and manage client relationships.

Existing book of business preferred (for Partner role).
Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage litigation matters in IBC, NCLT/NCLAT, and commercial disputes.

Supervise and mentor junior team members.

Develop client relationships and contribute to the firm’s growth.

Collaborate with a highly skilled disputes practice team.
