About the Organisation and Role
A mid-sized Atlanta-based law firm, in collaboration with Connect Staffing, Inc., is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intake Coordinator. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who are detail-oriented and interested in strengthening their experience within a structured docketing environment.

Eligibility
Applicants should have prior experience working in a law firm setting. Basic familiarity with Orion or similar legal accounting/timekeeping software such as TABS is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn additional processes including annuities and docketing workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support the firm’s docketing group by managing intake tasks, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with timekeeping and accounting-related processes. Full training will be provided for relevant workflow areas including annuities and docketing procedures.
