Role: Commercial Contracts Lawyer
Location: Mumbai (Work from Home/Hybrid options available)
PQE: 7–15 years
Eligibility:

7–15 years of experience in commercial contracts

In-house experience preferred, with prior law firm exposure

Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills

Familiarity with Indian laws on employment, data privacy, real estate, and related compliance matters

Candidates currently in Mumbai or willing to relocate
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts across global jurisdictions

Provide legal and regulatory advice to business units, ensuring compliance with UK, EU, and regional laws

Coordinate with external counsel and collaborate with global legal teams

Lead legal initiatives, support cross-border transactions, and advise on compliance frameworks

Work closely with business stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
