The company oversees the NHL’s Philadelphia Flyers, NLL’s Philadelphia Wings, Xfinity Mobile Arena, and esports franchise T1 Entertainment & Sports. Eligibility:

0–2 years of relevant work experience

Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:

Draft letters, notices, and other short-form legal documents

Analyze commercial agreements and summarize key terms

Conduct legal research and prepare memos

Attend meetings and calls with internal teams and outside counsel

Other tasks as assigned, including occasional nights and weekends
