Eligibility:

Proven experience in legal practice, preferably in the real estate sector.

Strong understanding of RERA (Real Estate Regulation and Development Act).

Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage land litigation and related legal matters.

Conduct legal and case research and provide strategic advisory to business teams.

Draft, review, and manage contracts and other legal documentation.

Support internal teams in compliance and regulatory matters.
