About:
Michael Page is assisting a leading FMCG company in Bangalore to hire a Lead Legal – Contracts professional. This is a senior, in-house leadership role offering immense exposure across high-stakes contracts, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution within the consumer industry.
Eligibility:

Law degree from a recognised institution.

Minimum 10 years of PQE in corporate law, contracts, and dispute resolution.

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

Proven experience managing litigation and advising senior management.

Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with business objectives.

Advise senior management on legal risks and opportunities.

Manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.

Lead dispute resolution and litigation with external counsel when necessary.

Provide legal training and guidance to internal teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
