About:
Kred-Jure, Advocates and Legal Consultants is expanding its litigation team in New Delhi. The firm is seeking a highly competent and process-driven Litigation Associate to manage all stages of litigation support with precision and independence.
Eligibility:

3+ years of uninterrupted PQE in litigation.

Hands-on experience in Delhi High Court and Delhi District Courts, including physical and e-filing.

Strong drafting skills: Writs, Plaints, Applications, Replies, and legal notices.

Experience in procedural appearances and mentions before judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Proficient in legal research using established databases.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Independently execute and supervise court procedures and filings.

Draft high-quality pleadings and legal notices.
-
Conduct routine procedural appearances and secure directions from courts.

Support complex case strategies through rigorous legal research.
