Eligibility:

LLB (3-year or 5-year course) degree.

3+ years of experience in IP litigation at a law firm.

Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.

Strong legal research, drafting, and court appearance skills.

Experience in trademark infringement, passing-off, and copyright infringement cases.

Fluent in English with above-average academic credentials and a team-oriented mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and brief counsels.

Appear before courts and tribunals.

Draft legal notices and manage ancillary tasks related to IP litigation.
-
Travel across India as required to handle cases.
