This senior leadership role offers strategic exposure to legal matters across banking, financial services, and fintech sectors, including contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility:

Minimum 15 years of PQE in banking, financial services, or fintech legal practice.

Experience in contracts, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.

Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.

Strong leadership, communication, and strategic advisory skills.

Recognized law degree from a reputable institution.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide strategic legal advice and ensure compliance with banking and financial regulations.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Oversee litigation, dispute resolution, and legal risk management.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and lead the legal team.

Develop and implement legal strategies to support the company’s business objectives.
