About the Role:
Körber, a global technology group with deep industrial expertise and a strong passion for innovation, is seeking a Strategy Associate to join its Group Innovation Function in Bengaluru. This role offers high visibility and impact, working directly with the Head of Innovation Initiatives to operationalize Körber’s innovation roadmap and drive strategic projects across Business Areas and Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Eligibility / Profile:

2–4 years of professional experience, ideally in strategy, innovation, or consulting (Big 4/consulting background preferred).

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Hands-on approach with experience preparing executive-level presentations.

Comfortable working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Translate Körber’s Innovation Vision into actionable initiatives.

Conduct research on emerging technologies, market trends, and strategic themes.

Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for senior stakeholders, including board-level audiences.

Support governance reporting, pilot planning, prototype testing, and content creation.

Develop frameworks, templates, and playbooks to ensure consistency in processes.

Collaborate across teams to gather inputs and drive alignment.
