The firm is currently assisting a leading international law firm in expanding its market-leading Projects team in the UAE, with openings available in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will work on high-profile transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, contributing to some of the region’s most significant project finance deals.
Eligibility:

Junior lawyers with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

Background in top-tier projects or finance practices in the UK, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, or candidates already based in the Middle East.

Lawyers with combined experience in development and finance matters are also encouraged to apply.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Advising on complex, high-value project finance and infrastructure transactions.

Working closely with clients, lenders, and sponsors on energy and development projects.

Supporting cross-border financing and project structuring initiatives.

Collaborating with senior team members on documentation and negotiation.
