Roles & Responsibilities:

Advising clients on issues related to intellectual property rights, contracts, and commercial law.

Drafting and reviewing agreements, legal notices, and policy documents.

Conducting legal research and assisting in ongoing client matters and litigation, if any.

Supporting the firm’s partners and senior associates in case preparation and client communications.
