STAIR is Oxford’s peer-reviewed, student-run journal of international affairs. The journal invites submissions exploring world politics, global development, and international relations, providing students and early-career researchers a platform to engage with a global readership.
Eligibility:

Students or early-career researchers in international relations, political economy, development, public policy, or related fields.

Strong analytical and writing skills.

Interest in geoeconomic trends, global South perspectives, and contemporary international affairs.
Roles and Responsibilities (for contributors):

Special Issue: Submit proposals or abstracts on the theme “A Geoeconomic Global South? Strategic Agency in a Fragmenting World”.

Rolling Submissions: Submit timely commentaries, op-eds, analyses, or reflective essays (500–2,000 words).

Engage with constructive editorial feedback to refine your submission.

Contribute to a rigorous yet accessible academic discussion for an international audience.
