About:
Advocate Keshav Thakur, with over 30 years of litigation experience, is inviting applications for an Assessment Internship/Associate position at his South Delhi office. The selected candidate will undergo a 2-month assessment period, post which suitable candidates may be offered a long-term associate position. This is an excellent opportunity for young advocates to gain practical exposure to litigation, client handling, and courtroom procedures under expert mentorship.
Eligibility:

Must be based in Delhi and able to attend office at Safdarjung Enclave.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Must hold a valid Bar Council of India (BCI) license to practice law.

Strong English communication, punctuality, and basic legal knowledge are essential.

Should be confident in attending client meetings and managing assigned tasks independently.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Drafting petitions, applications, and legal documents.

Conducting legal research and client consultations.

Attending hearings and assisting in litigation before the Delhi High Court and other forums.

Observing and learning courtroom practice and client management under direct supervision.
