Eligibility:

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in Title Scrutiny and Legal Search Reports (LSR).

Qualification: LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification preferred.

Preference: Female candidates will be given priority consideration.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Conducting title verification and preparing legal search reports for properties under the micro-mortgage segment.

Reviewing and validating property-related documents to ensure legal compliance.

Providing legal support for loan documentation, due diligence, and dispute resolution related to secured lending.

Coordinating with internal teams and external legal advisors for timely resolution of legal issues.
